Garland ISD is the second-largest school district in Dallas County and the twelfth-largest in Texas, serving almost 58,000 students in grades K-12 who speak more than 170 languages. GISD is a “Recognized” district that has seven high schools, 13 middle schools and 49 elementary schools.
